The Boiler Room
Named after this particular space's history, The Boiler Room is a subterranean cocktail laboratory, by Beverage Director Jason Stevens, that brings back mixology that has been forgotten since the 1960's and 1970's. Rediscovering Stan Jones' Complete Barguide sparked new ideas for bringing out flavors, like the intensity of freeze-dried fruits.
An extensive list of spirits, wine and beer are also available, as well as snacks made for sharing from a kitchen that's open late.
